Human beings do best when we live in connection with each other. When we are in pain, confusion, fear or sadness, we need support and understanding from others most of all.  Yet the oppressive systems we are born into and our experiences of ongoing threat and trauma can prevent us from opening to that healing connection. I use a holistic, collaborative approach to attend to mind, body and heart and to find our way to greater capacity, resilience and full connection.
