I earned my Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2007. In my previous life I was a high school teacher in England. Since coming to the US in 1997 I have worked in chemical dependency treatment, in college counseling, with sexual assault survivors, and in treating eating disorders. I completed training in Somatic Experiencing in 2013, and received my Organic Intelligence Coaching Certificate in 2022. I love working with adults of all ages, and continue to be interested in providing training and clinical supervision.
I am a white, cis-gendered woman, working on my own embodied biases, knowing that my own deep personal work is the necessary basis for social transformation. I believe in our natural, human capacity for resilience, healing and growth, and in the importance of finding balance and harmony. When I'm not working, I practice meditation and ki-aikido, snatch time for singing and reading, and indulge my domestic self in cooking, gardening and knitting. I'm a cat person.

COVID -19 policy
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. In-person appointments take place in a shared space, and so we ask that we follow this policy to take care of each other with regards to COVID-19.
